INFORMATION & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT YOUR LOAN APPLICATION If employed, W2’s for the previous 2 years plus pay stubs covering the last 30 day period showing year to date earnings If self-employed or receiving commissions or bonuses, tax returns and applicable schedules for the previous 2 years, together with a current profit and loss statement and balance sheet from your CPA, as applicable If employed by your own company, previous 2 years corporate returns and year to date financial statements An executed sale and purchase contract, together with all applicable addendums, plus a copy of cancelled escrow check Employment history for the previous 2 years, including name, address, phone number and income at time of leaving Residency addresses for the previous 2 years, including all landlord or mortgagee information: name, address, phone and account numbers Details of all outstanding credit accounts, including all installment loans such as car and student loan payments, child support or alimony obligations Last 2 months statements on all accounts: checking, savings, investment & retirement accounts, all pages Copies of drivers license / photo ID, social security card and alien card, as applicable Details of any real estate owned including: mortgage, real estate taxes, property insurance information and prior title insurance policy Veterans: form DD214 and your certificate of eligibility Check for appraisal $275 and credit report $60: Total of $335. (FHA appraisal fee is $350) Bankruptcy papers including schedule of creditors and discharge Divorce papers including divorce decree and property settlement If you receive a pension, disability, social security, alimony or child support please provide copy of awards letter and proof of timely receipt |
